Cargo bike

This is my project for the Wiki Bike 2010 Design Contest.

This bike is made of Steel/chrome tubes, with a design that reduces the time process, and fully optimize the materials. It has a belt transmition, with a Shimano Alfine 4 vel rear hub. The brakes are a common B brakes. This design was thought for carry heavy things, without compromising the stability of the bike. So Cargo is a bike who adapts to users who needs a transport and work device in one thing.

COOP bike

In 2009 the COOP bike was designed and prototypes were made in Kisumu, Kenya by Joep, Floor, Anne and Rick (4 students from the University of Technology in Delft). Now the first 8 CooP bikes have been taken into production in the Cycling Blue Workshop in Kisumu Kenya. The COOP bikes are specifically designed for small entrepreneurs to carry large loads on a bicycle.
